Description: They are 3 types of buildings in this complex, hosting 184 apartments.
The first type (2 buildings), situated at the entrance of the complex, has the following:
- Ground level: commercial area (services related to the residential complex)
- Level 1, 2, 3, 4: Residence - 12 apartments
The second type (8 buildings) and the third type (2 buildings), situated in the complex, they have only residential use, with 16 apartments per building:
- Ground level and level 1, 2, 3: Residence - 16 apartments

Phases: Plan of the urban zone 2007, Architectural design 2008, 10 out of the 12 buildings completed 2010.
